Named after prominent figures in medical history, Dr. James McCune Smith and Dr John Walter Vincent Cordice, Jr, MD and inspired by their groundbreaking contributions to medicine, the society has upheld their legacy by championing diversity, inclusivity, and innovation in healthcare.
Over the past year, the society has organized a few events, seminars, and community outreach programs aimed at advancing medical knowledge, promoting professional development, and addressing healthcare disparities.
